Where are you located?
Scoops is located at 195 E.Nelson Ave. between Wasilla Fishhook and Lucille. We are just a couple blocks East of Wonderland & the Skate Park, right next door to Ink Spot.
When should I book my party?
You should book your party as far in advance as possible in order to ensure that you get the date and time you want. Stop in or give us a call at 376-2663!
When should I arrive for my party?
Scoops works hard to have the Party Room ready up to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Though in some cases the room may not be ready until right at your scheduled start time.
What is Scoop's Cancellation Policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking a party. All cancellations made 48hours prior to your party date will be eligible for re-scheduling. All deposits will be applied to the party balance at the time of final payment.
How many guest can I have at my party?
Scoops Party Room has a maximum occupancy of 45 people. It is up to you to determine the number of guests you feel will be able to fully enjoy the Party Room and it's activities together. Our Party Packages include ice cream for a certain number of guests -more can be added at an additional cost as needed.
Will someone be helping with my party? What if I stay past my party end - time?
Yes. A Scoops associate will be on hand to assist you with your party needs. You can expect the first 30 minutes of your party to be free play time with the next 20-30 minutes reserved for Ice Cream and cake if you chose to bring one. The final 30 minutes of your party is for present opening and more free time in the party room – great time for some air hockey, karaoke, or a Wii game!
Please be aware that while Scoops associates are available to assist you in the overall success of your party and to provide you with all that you need to have a fun and enjoyable experience, it is ultimately the person or persons booking the party that are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of all the invited guests. Be sure to have extra support (adults) to assist you in running your party safely and smoothly. We recommend a 1 to 8 ratio of adult to children. Parents are responsible for redirecting inappropriate play and/or behaviours.
Parties are expected to vacate the party room at their scheduled end time. If a party remains more than 10 minutes past its scheduled end time - the party host will be charged an additional $25 fee.
Can I bring my own decorations?
You are welcome to bring any party appropriate decorations and favors you wish. Scoops does not allow bubbles, confetti, silly string, or piñatas. A $15.00 Cleaning Fee will be added should any of these items be brought to a Scoops Party.
Can I bring my own food?
You are more than welcome to bring food and/or drinks to your party, except for ICE CREAM of course! Scoops does have several food choices on it's menu that can easily be added to any party for an additional fee, including: Hot Dogs & Chips, Pretzles with Cheese, Cheese Nachos, 5" Personal Pizzas, and more!
Can I bring my own favor bags?
You are more that welcome to bring your own favor bags, but be aware that our Party Packages include a trip to our Treasure Box filled with toys, candy, stickers, etc. for all party guests.
Can I tip the associate helping with my party?
Absolutely! Scoops associates work hard to help make your event fun and stress free, tipping is greatly appreciated. You may include a tip in your final payment.
Does Scoops accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, Master Card, & Debit.
